General Booking and Payment Policies

When booking your session you will notice that you have the option to pay with credit card. Beginning July 2026 there will be a 2.65% transaction fee for processing any credit or debit card purchases. Due to an extraneous incident I am no longer accepting PayPal payments. For Zelle or Venmo payments use the email address melissawynn22@gmail.com; phone: 408-608-7909. Note that you are NOT required to make a payment in advance and that you may make a payment at the time of your session.

If you are booking more than one session at the same location (i.e. back-to-back couples) you will notice that the system forces a 30-minute gap between sessions. This break is usually not needed and I can generally start the second session 15 minutes after the prior one has ended.

Please be sure to notify me in the NOTES field when booking if you have any allergies or preferences/special needs (special oils, aversion to specific scents, etc.)

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment for a “last-minute” session. It is generally suggested that if you absolutely need to cancel, it would be better to re-schedule. If you have already made your payment, you will be refunded the full amount of your payment minus $7 cancellation fee. If the appointment is canceled within 12-24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be refunded 50% of your payment. If you are unable to give a minimum of 12 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

No-shows - Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment assuming you paid in advance. If you haven’t paid in advance, well then I guess you got lucky.

Late Arrivals:

Out-Calls - As a single and solitary practitioner I am fairly flexible on start times if the service is at your home. I understand that at home there are the usual hindrances of family, housemates, furniture reorganization, kids, pets, etc. I am willing to be flexible and give you the full length of your massage if my schedule permits.

In Spa (rare) - Due to the room scheduling at the spa, the timing is much more limited and precise than out-calls. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early (if not more) to allow for time to check in, get your locker key, shower, etc. The spa is generally very busy and you may be required to wait to check in. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you are financially responsible for the full session and will not receive a refund. Out of respect and consideration for our use of the spa, and to get the most out of your visit, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Risks and Disclaimers

Please consult with a medical doctor if you have any health risks, injuries or concerns that could be affected by massage. You agree to be responsible for your own health and recognize that there are risks in receiving massage. While I am a certified, licensed & insured practitioner, unforeseen events can occur, and, by accepting my services you agree that you understand the risks and take responsibility for said risks within reason.
